Strictly stars Kai Widdrington and Nadiya Bychkova were put on the spot amid reports they are “planning a huge next step”.
The dancing pair laughed off a prying question during an appearance on The One Show last night (Friday April 22).
Kai and Nadiya – as well as many other Strictly pros – were on the programme to promote their current dance tour.

As the BBC One show came to an end, the Strictly pros demonstrated their skills with a routine.
Nadiya and Kai – who have been linked romantically by the tabloids – spent most of their performance dancing with one another.

But before the pros got going, host Zoe Ball asked Kai a cheeky question.
Joking around, she asked Kai: “Is it official, you and Nadiya?”

Kai immediately burst into laughter at Zoe’s remark. And Nadiya, standing a few feet away, also seemed amused.
Many of those watching at home were also tickled by the mention… and absolutely delighted to see Nadiya and Kai dancing together.

Meanwhile, another Twitter user added laughing emojis to their post as they wrote: “Zoe Ball asking Kai and Nadiya if it’s official.”

‘Next step’
The TV showing follows tabloid claims a relationship between Nadiya and Kai is progressing.
Earlier this month, The Sun claimed Nadiya, 32, has been spending more time at Kai’s place.

A source claimed: “Moving in together was the obvious next step for Nadiya and Kai. They’ve grown so close and it just made sense.
“Kai helped Nadiya move in her belongings this week and they’re excited about making their property feel like a shared home.”
And a couple of weeks ago, subsequent reports indicated Nadiya and Kai may have gone ‘Instagram official‘.
