On Thursday, Jacqueline shared a snap to Instagram of herself hugging her daughters Ella, four, and Mia, one, as she reflected on her triumph.
She captioned the post: "HOME. Home is where the heart is meant to be. Still in cloud 9 and so overwhelmed. Love you all so much!
"Miss all my camp mates loads! Jet lag is a REAL thing."

Speaking about her win, Jacqueline recently said on her Instagram Stories: "Things have been a bit crazy since jungle life. I'm still fully overwhelmed and haven't really processed anything.
"Thank you to anyone who voted and whoever you voted for, whether it was me, Andy [Whyment], Roman [Kemp] or anybody else in the whole of the camp. All 12 of us.
"If you'd voted for any of them I'd have been happy because I obviously love all of them. I'm overwhelmed, but would have been happy with anyone winning. Andy absolutely smashed it, he was amazing. So funny to live with."
