Dennis Wise has been eliminated from I’m A Celebrity – but Ant and Dec have been slammed for his exit interview.
The former footballer faced off against Amir khan in the bottom two but was sent packing by viewers after the backlash over his treatment of Iain Lee continued to be labelled bullying.
However, viewers tuning in hoping to see Dennis questioned about his treatment of Iain were left disappointed.
Ant and Dec only briefly touched upon the reaction by asking him about his general behaviour.
Dennis said: “The thing about it, the next day, Iain done a trial and I said to Iain because I realise there’s people in there who want to promote themselves and go onto other things.
“Amir’s in there, he’s going to go onto box again, I’m going to do some property things again.

“I listened to Iain’s letter and then I was like Iain go and do the trial then because I know you want to go there and go and promote yourself.
“He wanted to do it but the day before he said he didn’t want to do it.”
However, viewers were not impressed with Dennis’ words after it was revealed Iain was doing the show to pay for his elderly mother’s care home fees.
One tweeted: “Soft #ImACeleb interview for Dennis Wise after he basically humiliated Ian. Glad it’s clear he was ‘doing it all to help Ian get airtime’ though. So selfless. What a guy.”

His elimination means that Jennie McAlpine, Iain Lee, Toff, Jamie Lomas and Amir Khan make up the final five.
