The I’m a Celebrity contestants are proving that they are one step ahead of the show’s strict rules in this year’s series.
Whilst they are banned any access with the outside world – and refused contact with loved ones back home – they’ve managed to sneakily speak to family and friends anyway in a series of top secret messages.

The cryptic messages have been going out during the live segments of the shows. But have you been eagle eyed enough to spot them?
Rebekah Vardy and Dennis Wise have both been seen communicating with family back home with fans of the show taking to Twitter to discuss and decode the messages.
Viewers spied a message written on Rebekah’s felt hat in what looks like dirt during a live segment in the show.
The message seems to say ‘Love U’ with two stars, which is possibly a message to her husband Jamie Vardy who will undoubtedly be watching back home.
But whilst Rebekah’s message is seemingly quite straight forward, Dennis’s communication is a little more mysterious.
Fans of the show have noticed that whenever presenters Ant and Dec come into the jungle during the live segment of the show, Dennis puts one hand straight on his heart.
He keeps his hand there for the duration of time that he’s on live telly, occasionally tapping his fingers, as if beating out a heart-felt message.

Viewers have guessed that this is the ex footballer’s way of sending his love back home to his family.
We’ll certainly be paying more attention to the live segments from now on.
