I’m A Celebrity contestant Louise Minchin suffers with a condition that could leave her feeling numb in chilly Gwrych Castle.

That might be considered a bit of a worry as she’s spending her nights and days in a draughty castle.

Furthermore, she is doing so in November – and weather forecasters predict snow could be on the way.

What has she said about suffering with Raynaud’s Syndrome?

Louise told The Sun that Raynaud’s Syndrome can be triggered in her day-to-day life.

She revealed: “I feel the cold really badly. I have this thing called Raynaud’s Syndrome, which means my hand and feet go numb very quickly, even in supermarkets. So cold is a big thing for me.”

Other symptoms can include painful swelling of the hands. In rare cases, Raynaud’s Syndrome leads to skin sores or gangrene.

Hopefully Louise is taking extra precautions in the shivering cold of a north Wales castle.

And she has admitted she does have a plan to ensure her fingers don’t freeze.

What is her plan to counter Raynaud’s Syndrome on I’m A Celebrity?

Louise added she took Raynaud’s Syndrome into consideration when choosing a luxury item to take into the castle.

Furthermore, she indicated her item would have a double purpose to motivate her during challenging moments.

She added: “I’m really delighted with my luxury item. I have brought with me a fluffy hot water bottle that actually belongs to my daughter.
