Viewers of I’m A Celebrity were left divided when Caitlyn Jenner advised Kate Garraway to consider cosmetic surgery.
Kate, 52, was asking American TV star Caitlyn about the surgery she underwent when she transition from a male to a female.
Caitlyn revealed there are “distinct characteristics” between male and female faces and suggested Kate should have some surgery to make her look more feminine.

Kate said in the Bush Telegraph: “So I was asking Caitlyn about fitness because she’s extraordinary at 70 and I think she thought I was asking for a cosmetic surgery consultation.”
Kate asked Caitlyn: “So when you did your face was that because of becoming Caitlyn?”
You’re the exception, sorry. Don’t worry, we can fix it.
Caitlyn nodded and replied: “There are distinct characteristics between the female bone structure and the male, the biggest one [is] the distance between the top of your lip and your nose.
“It’s less on women although you have quite a bit.”
Caitlyn then showed Nadine Coyle how long the distance between Kate’s nose and lip.
Pulling a sad face, Kate said: “I’m not comfortable,” to which Caitlyn said: “You’re the exception, sorry. Don’t worry, we can fix it.”
Speaking in the BT, Kate said: “She’s reassured me she has just the person to fix it out in LA.
“So when I go out to visit, I could come back a whole new Kate.”
Even though Kate appeared to take Caitlyn’s comments with a pinch of salt, it seems viewers didn’t.
