Why have I’m A Celebrity fans turned on David Ginola?

While viewers continue to vote for their King or Queen of the castle, many fans have turned on bookies favourite David, 54.

Fans have taken to Twitter to accuse him of not taking part in any trials.

One wrote: “David is showing his true colours now he doesn’t want the trials, but he’s quick enough to jump up when the food arrives I’ve gone right off him.”

Meanwhile, a second said: “Have gone off David. Why isn’t he doing any trials?”

And a third remarked: “Simon to win now, David has been the favourite for too long (for reasons unbeknown), Danny follows the crowd, Adam is just like Ian Beale, and Matty is duller than dishwater.#ImACeleb.”

Other fans then declared Simon their winner, as one said: “I can honestly say, Simon is my winner. He is so funny. A legend.”

Another wrote: “Simon is my winner.”
