Are they getting too many?!

| Updated:

I’m A Celebrity 2021 viewers have complained about the amount of treats the campmates are getting this series.

Some people watching this year’s series have insisted it’s too easy for the celebrities living in Gwrych Castle.

The celebrities get a chance to bag some delicious treats in the Castle Coin challenges.

Earlier this week, the campmates of Main Camp won digestive biscuits.

Each campmate received a whole biscuit but fans pointed out in previous series, they would have to share.

Even Richard Madeley’s son-in-law James Haskell – who appeared on the 2019 series in the Australian jungle – hit out on Instagram.

He said: “How the hell are these lot getting full biscuits when we got 1/4? This is [bleep] @imacelebrity.”

Meanwhile, during last night’s show, Snoochie Shy, Danny Miller and Matty Lee took on a challenge called Lay It All On The Table.

There were four rounds and they could win up to five coins in each one.

Eventually, they bagged 20 coins and this meant treats for the camp.

Later in the show, the campmates were offered a packet of cheese and onion crisps, a packet of fruit pastilles, five jaffa cakes, half a chocolate orange five Biscoff biscuits or five biscuits with cheese.

Each item was worth five coins.

Simon Gregson and Adam Woodyatt, as Lords of the Castle, had to choose which treats for their campmates.

They chose fruit pastilles, half a chocolate orange, Biscoff biscuits and the biscuits with cheese.

However, viewers took issue with the amount of treats the campmates are getting this year.

One person said on Twitter: “Why do they keep getting [bleep] treats… they’ve been in a week, absolute joke this year.”

Another wrote: “Is it me or does #ImACeleb seem a lot easier this year and they seem to be getting a lot more treats?”

A third added: “Don’t they normally have to answer a question to win the treats? So far this has to be the easiest series EVER seriously.”
