They say live TV never runs smoothly… which is what poor old Joe Swash found out on last night’s I’m A Celebrity spinoff, Extra Camp.
The former EastEnders actor, 35, arrived on set with co-hosts Scarlett Moffatt and Joel Dommett as per usual.
Well, maybe not quite as usual…

Joe cut quite a sight as he rocked up dressed in Amir Khan’s giant cat costume from the earlier Dingo Dollar challenge.
Unfortunately for him, he didn’t inherit a cat’s coordination and sleekness to go with the look…
After banging his cat head on the archway leading into the studio and knocking it over, poor Joe ended up tripping over the fallen archway and completely stacking it. On live TV. Wearing a cat costume.
Surely a candidate for TV moment of the year?!
As Scarlett and Joel dissolved into hysterical laughter, Joe could be seen looking somewhat defeated while lying on his back on the floor.
He then climbed up while rubbing his elbow and knee, suggesting while the fall was quite amusing to watch, it may have been rather painful.
Poor Joe!
“I can’t breathe!” laughed Scarlett. No sympathy there!
When Ant & Dec then joined the gang on the sofas, Dec went over to Joe and asked if he was okay.
“That didn’t really work out!” said Joe. “There’s no eyes in that costume! And this lot (Scarlett and Joel) went off and left me, didn’t lead me in or anything! I’ve hurt my knee a little bit but they’ll be alright. It’s because they’re quite knobbly so it goes right to the bone.”
Referring to Iain Lee’s disastrous underwater Bushtucker Trial, Dec quipped: “Do you need some oxygen?!”
Ant joked: “Where’s Dr Bob, get Bob in here!”

Plenty of viewers were also left chuckling over Joe’s unfortunate entrance as well, taking to social media to both have a giggle and say they hope he’s okay.
