Love Island stars reportedly ‘hating each other’ in huge post-show feud

Chris Hughes has revealed he doesn't speak to most of the others

| Updated:

Just four weeks after leaving the villa it’s been reported that the Love Island cast have been torn apart and some of the islanders are avoiding each other at all costs.

According to The Sun, an insider revealed a post-show feud has left the islanders “hating each other”.

But it’s not all bad news. Winners Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies and finalists Chris Hughes and Olivia Attwood’s are all still BFFs. (Phew!)

It’s been said that the foursome believe they are the “real winners” of the show and are refusing to speak to the others.

An insider told The Sun Online: “Everyone thinks they’re all great friends but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

“The fact of the matter is they never want to be together again and they all hate each other.”

The source continued: “Amber and Kem, and Chris and Olivia all identify as the real winners of the show, and would never mix with the likes of Mike Thalassitis, Jonny Mitchell or Chyna Ellis.

“They’ve all decided to stick together, with the lads starting filming for their reality show soon, and Olivia and Amber’s friendship continuing to blossom.”

The source went on to explain that “most of the cast didn’t bother to show up” for Olivia’s In The Style party causing even more tension.

Country boy Chris, who is completely loved up with blonde beauty Olivia, revealed that he doesn’t speak to many of his islanders apart from Amber and Kem.

He said: “Since we left the villa, the only people me and Kem have really spoken to is obviously Liv and Amber.

“Once we got back to reality everyone goes their separate ways and they’re busy doing their own thing. I literally haven’t heard from any of them.”

He went on to explain that he is much more interested in focusing on him and Liv. He added: “I’m not really paying attention to the other couples. Just focusing on me and Liv and our relationship.”

Meanwhile the show’s runner-ups Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt have also completely distanced themselves from their fellow islanders.

The pair jetted off to a refugee camp in Greece while the rest of the cast are indulging themselves in club appearances and making the most of their new life in the spotlight.

The insider told The Sun: “While the rest of the cast are competing for endorsement deals, big money PAs and flogging stuff on Instagram, Jamie and Camilla are keen to buck trend.

“They wouldn’t be caught dead turning up to a nightclub or selling protein powders on social media, they’re keen to use their high-profiles for good and help others.”

Fourth place stars Marcel Somerville and Gabby Allen are also busy doing their own thing.

We were all left SO excited that Marcel, Kem and Chris, who called themselves ‘Run KMC’, were going to release some music together but it seems that could no longer be happening.

Marcel stepped down from the trio and has gone on to release his own track but without the boys.

Kem recently spoke about why they wouldn’t be performing as a trio anymore. He told the publication: “I think Marcel wanted to do music when he left anyway.

“The type of music Marcel’s gone into is more like house, chilled house music. Me and Chris are rappers, we ain’t got no house music in our blood.”
