Channel 4 viewers of Hollyoaks were left in bits after an emotional sequence in tonight’s episode which saw tearful Sienna shave off her hair.
She discovered the awful news that friend Maggie’s cancer was terminal and it reinforced her fears about her own condition.
Then, as her hair began to fall out, she grabbed at some scissors and began cutting at it.
Joel, who has been a rock to her of late, was terrified for her, but together they shaved off the beauty’s brown locks.
Sienna’s eyes filled with tears as she stared back at her reflection – as Coldplay’s snot-fest Fix You played over the scene.
Viewers were in tears as they praised the soap – and actress Anna Passey in particular – for the sensitive instalment…
There was a glimmer of hope that Sienna – who is also agonised following the disappearance of her baby daughter – will find some happiness though.
