It’s not been the most vintage series ever, and the early loss of Paul Danan (eviction, not death) in a double booting alongside Brandi Glanville has dampened the possibility of future kick-offs too.
So it wouldn’t be outside the realms of possibility that Celebrity Big Brother bosses are currently sat in a room, mugs of tea in hands, going “Shall we bring someone back? Someone guaranteed to fire things up?”
Oh hi, Stephen Bear.
And if you thought we were speculating, the rumours are actually coming from Bear himself.
“I could be going in Celeb Big Brother,” he told The Sun.
“There are offers being banded about for me to go in there but I don’t know whether to do it or not.
“They want me to go in asap right for the end. There’s still two weeks left.
“We are negotiating on terms at the moment. If I go in there will be a hurricane.”
Bear and his girlfriend Charlotte Crosby were recently on the rocks after reportedly having a row over – what else? – reality TV. Oh, and some booze.

Charlotte got her party on at Olivia from Love Island’s In The Style launch and then tweeted that her and Bear were over.
And even though they’re back together now, the likelihood of Bear going in and having some unlabelled CBB ciders himself before kicking off with/ snogging his ex Jemma Lucy seem pretty high.
Charlotte – who Jemma has previously said on social media Stephen isn’t likely to be faithful to (that should go down well if they do meet up again in the house too) – posted an apology after the break-up tweet, saying that she and Bear were still together.
“So I would like to kind of explain and apologise for my behaviour last night,” she said.
“The top and bottom of it is I was a massive [expletive] – a massive drunk [expletive] – who decided to go on Snapchat and every other social media to tell nearly six million people a load of [expletive.”

“Obviously no relationship is perfect, you always have the ups and downs, but I feel like I just did what any other girl does when they see red. And I am sorry for that.
“Me and Stephen aren’t actually separated or finished, we just had a bit of a row.”
Last time Bear went into the house, he just sat quietly in the corner and waited for nominations to come round.
OH NO WAIT. He actually got it on with Chloe Khan loudly in a toilet and had a massive clash with Aubrey, who told him he was “like herpes, you keep coming back”.
This time round will probably be quieter though. *Eyebrow raise emoji*
