A new teaser for Love Island has landed — and fans reckon they’ve cracked a secret code giving away when the fourth series will start.
The 10-second trailer aired during last night’s Britain’s Got Talent, just moments after the ITV2 reality show’s host Caroline Flack announced her engagement.
It features an airport destination board with the far-flung locations all changing to “Love Island”.
The show’s voiceover Iain Stirling announces: “We are now inviting passengers to crack on at gate number four.”
But some eagle-eyed viewers spotted that one of the flight times, 0406, suggests the new series will begin on June 4, which is a Monday.
And they might well have cracked the code because last year’s hugely popular run launched on the equivalent day in the same week, Monday, June 5.
One viewer said on social media: “Anyone else notice on the #ITV #ITV2 trailer one of the departure boards has the number 0406 on it?! Could be a sign that #LoveIsland will start on 4 June 2018 perhaps!!”
Another added: “Brand new #LOVEISLAND trailer suggests the new series will launch on Monday June 4TH!”
Fans took to Twitter to share their theory and rejoice at Love Island’s impending return.

The snippet was released shortly after Caroline Flack, 38, posted a picture on Instagram confirming her engagement to 27-year-old Celebrity Big Brother star Andrew Brady.
