Everyone’s talking about Coronation Street’s Eileen Grimshaw but not for the reason you might think.
Eileen has been hiding away on the ITV soap since it was revealed that her husband Pat Phelan was a twisted murderer.

She’s been the gossip of the Street since two bodies were discovered hidden in concrete at the building site Pat was managing.
And now the fans are gossiping about her too – they’re wondering just how big her house is.
In Wednesday night’s episode Eileen was seen offering a room to both Nicola Rubinstein and Seb Franklin, and she’s already got Summer Spellman staying with her while Billy’s away.
So just how many bedrooms are there? Because none of those three can share!
Viewers took to Twitter to ponder the problem.
“I see Eileen reverts back to type opening up her half-way house to randoms and homeless off the street in her 2 bed terrace,” mused one watcher.
Another added: “….how many bedrooms does Eileen’s 2 up 2 down terrace have …..”
While a third wondered: “I didn’t like Daniel when he first turned up on the street but he’s such a great guy!! Also how many bedrooms does Eileen have in her terrace house?”
And a fourth quipped: “Eileen’s house seems to have more rooms than Downton Abbey.”

So what’s her secret? Is their a secret extension we don’t know about?
Did builders Jason or Phelan whip up a quick loft conversion while they were living there?
Or is it just a very intricate set up of pullouts and z-beds?

A Corrie spokesperson told us: “Eileen has historically used the front room as a bedroom.”
So there you go; with Summer heading back to Billy’s in the near future Nicola will take her room and Seb will have the sofa.
Case solved.
