The Chase viewers have accused Bradley Walsh of accepting a wrong answer from chaser Shaun Wallace.
During Thursday night’s show, Bradley asked Shaun during the final chase: “What appliances are Dyson best known for?”
Shaun, who is also known as The Dark Destroyer, replied: “Hoover.”
However, many viewers pointed out that Hoover is actually a brand name and not the correct term.
Bradley accepted the answer and The Dark Destroyer ended up beating the team with still 31 seconds remaining.
Viewers were furious and took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
One person said: “Hey @BradleyWalsh – A ‘Dyson’ is NOT a ‘Hoover’. That’s like saying a ‘Renault’ is a ‘Jaguar’. Wrong answer. #TheChase.”

Another wrote: “Hoover is incorrect…it’s a vacuum cleaner. If the contestants said that it would have been wrong #Thechase.”
A third added: “@ITVChase Shaun got the question wrong. Hoover is a brand name, not an appliance, the correct answer was vacuum cleaner. #thechase.”

Ent Daily has contacted reps for The Chase for comment.
During last night’s episode, contestant Vee got the group off to a great start when she bagged a whopping £23,000 for the team after beating The Dark Destroyer.
Jimmy, 22, then took the lower offer and added £1,000 to the team’s prize fund.
Jo, 39, then won £6,000 to take back to her team so they ended up playing for £30,000 to share between them.
During the final chase, the team managed to build up 15 correct answers but Shaun beat the team, leaving them going home with nothing.
