Emma Barton has revealed the sweet gesture her EastEnders co-star Adam Woodyatt made as she continues her Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals.
The soap actress, who plays Honey Mitchell in the BBC programme, shared a video to Instagram on Monday revealing Adam, who plays Ian Beale, had made her a packed lunch.
Emma, 42, told fans she’s being “so well looked after” by her EastEnders family whilst she’s doing Strictly.

In the video, Emma said: “So, I’ve just got into work this morning and I’ve got my colleague and darling friend and very clever chef of Masterchef…”
Adam interrupted: “Not that clever because I got booted out!”
Emma replied: “Oh, missed that… embarrassing! Look what he’s done for me, a little packed lunch. What’s in it Ads?”
Adam said: “Short rib of beef in a wine sauce with horseradish mash, roasted carrots and crispy onion. There you go, three minutes in the microwave.”
Emma gave Adam a kiss on the cheek and captioned the post: “Being so well looked after by my @bbceastenders family whilst dancing.. & a special thank you to my talented pal @adamwoodyatt for my lunch today.
“Yummy!!!! (Excuse the terrible filming by me).”
Fans gushed over Adam’s sweet gesture, with one person commenting: “That’s so lovely!”
Another wrote: “You’re a good bloke @adamwoodyatt,” while a third added: “That’s so lovely. Emma, we loved your dancing. It was a 10 from us.”
Emma is currently taking part in this year’s Strictly Come Dancing with her professional dance partner Anton Du Beke.
The actress wowed at the weekend with her Foxtrot performance and she was over the moon when she and Anton made it through to week three.

Taking to Instagram after the results were revealed, Emma said: “Thank you.. Thank you.. Thank you.. We are through to week 3. Thoroughly enjoyed trotting the fox.”
Emma’s routine definitely impressed her soap co-stars with Lacey Turner – who plays Stacey Fowler – commenting: “Gorgeous.”
Tilly Keeper, who plays Louise Mitchell, wrote: “You are so beautiful Emma!” while Gurlaine Kaur Garcha, who plays Ash Kaur, said: “You look amazing!!”
