We’ve missed seeing Adam Barton and Aaron Dingle together on screen since Adam Thomas quit his role as Moira Barton’s son earlier this year.
Adam was last seen heading out of the UK, stowed away on a boat, after escaping custody and going on the run.
He was charged with Emma Barton’s murder after turning himself in to help the real killer – his mum.
Adam’s departure left his best mate Aaron (Danny Miller) distraught and – to be honest – we were pretty devastated that our fave soap bromance was cut short.
But don’t panic because their real-life alter egos Danny and Adam have reunited, albeit for one night only!
The Emmerdale lads star on tonight’s episode of ITV2’s terrifying game show Release The Hounds.

If you haven’t caught the show before contestants are forced to face their fears in a scary wood, before host Matt Edmondson releases dogs which they have to outrun.
Yes, it’s every bit as bonkers as it sounds.
The lads will also be joined by Adam’s twin brother – Love Island’s Scott Thomas – as they attempt to win money for charity.
Earlier this month, Emmerdale released a hilarious spoof video that announced Scott as the replacement to play Adam Barton in the soap.
It showed an excited Danny eager to meet his new on-screen buddy and everyone agreeing that Scott is indeed the better twin.
Of course, it was all said in jest and Danny ended the clip with a super cute tribute to his BFF.
Since leaving Emmerdale after nine years, Adam has revealed he and his wife, Caroline, are expecting their second baby together.
Release the Hounds is on ITV2 tonight at 9pm
