So it looks as though Lachlan White’s dark secret is about to come out in Emmerdale as Gerry Roberts finally manages to listen to that incriminating voicemail.
Lachlan’s managed to keep the small fact that he was responsible for the car crash that killed Chrissie and Lawrence and left Rebecca with permanent brain damage quiet for months, but nothing stays secret in Soap Land forever.

What happened to Kat in Spain?
Clearly something weird has gone down with her and Alfie and for some reason she doesn’t want to talk to him – or see the kids. Hayley seems to know what it is while fans think she cheated again.
Charity’s secret son
As the truth about what Bails put Charity through as a teen looks set to come exploding out in the not-too-distant-future, it’s only a matter of time before everyone finds out that she had a secret son by the twisted copper too. And where is that baby now? Fans seem to think Simon ‘Acid Attack’ McManus could be one to watch as this storyline plays out.
What’s happened to Vincent?
Of course we may never really know what happened in the car after the duff-duffs went, but we think the audience – as well as poor old Kim – need answers here! Is he dead or alive? Can he comeback? Will he bring Fatboy with him? WE NEED TO KNOW!
Eva’s baby bombshell
Trying to keep an entire new person secret and pass it off as the child someone else was carrying was always going to be an epic mistake. And now baby Susie’s dad has killed himself it’s only a matter of time before the truth comes crashing out. Peter won’t be happy about being lied to. And the Connors won’t take Eva’s duplicity lightly either.
Mel and Phil’s kiss
Technology always gives the game away in Soap Land – remember Sharongate? And that DVD of Max and Stacey? The CCTV in the E20 will leave Phil with some explaining to do to Sharon when she catches a glimpse of this moment that’s for sure. But will it leave her free to have a fling with Keanu? It’s what the fans want!

Max and Rainie’s fake marriage
We didn’t buy this for one minute but the Walford residents don’t seem that perturbed by Max hooking up and marrying his ex-wife’s drug-addicted sister. Can this be over and leave Max free to get back with Stacey – or steal Mel away from his brother Jack, please? Thanks.
Megan and Graham’s night of passion
Megan and Graham ended up sleeping together, even though Megan is in a relationship with Frank. And while Graham can more than handle himself as an ex-military man, Frank’s been in prison so we imagine he’s quite tasty too…
