Dancing On Ice’s Kem Cetinay denies he’s secretly dating I’m A Celebrity star

Rumours started after she supported him on the show

Kem Cetinay made his Dancing On Ice debut yesterday but it seems viewers are still more interested in his love life than his skating talent.

Fans of the Love Island star, who split from Amber Davies last year, wondered if he had moved on already after a familiar face was seen supporting him in the crowd.

I’m A Celebrity’s Scarlett Moffatt was seen waving a giant banner saying “howay Kem” as she proudly watched him perform his first routine.

The Gogglebox star shared a picture of herself all glammed up and ready to go to the event on Instagram, and then later shared a video of her and Kem backstage dancing with her banner.

It led their fans to ask if they were a couple – with some really hoping the reality stars have found love.

One wrote: “Be a couple please” while another said: “Aw I hope Scarlett and Kem do get together.”

Kem’s ex Amber than added even more fuel to the fire when she appeared to condone the romance.

She wrote: “You said it” as she retweeted a message from a blogger which read: “Definitely something going on between Kem and Scarlett Moffatt #Dancingonice”

Amber then tweeted: “I’m only human after all….. everyone deserves to be happy.”

However, Scarlett and Kem later took to their social media accounts to shoot down the rumours.

The former Queen of the Jungle wrote they were “BFFs” as she shared her clip of them together on Instagram.

Kem then shared the same image on his Twitter account, confirming they are “just mates.”

He wrote: “Thanks to my good mate @ScarlettMoffatt coming to support with Chris and my fam tonight, sorry guys just mates she don’t do essex boys.”

So that settles it! Kem can focus on his skating now he’s put the romance rumours to bed as he emerged as one of the best contestants on last night’s show.

He finished joint first on the leaderboard with Jake Quickenden, with both getting score of 20.5 from the judges.
