Dancing On Ice viewers praise Oti Mabuse for ‘telling the truth’ about Bez

Bez was eliminated last night

| Updated:

Dancing On Ice star Bez was eliminated last night following another entertaining performance.

He failed to impress the judges again on Sunday evening as he and professional partner Angela Egan performed to Bat Out Of Hell by Meat Loaf for Musicals Week.

Oti Mabuse had viewers talking after her honest feedback to Happy Mondays star Bez though, after scoring him a 4 out of 10.

What happened with Bez on Dancing On Ice?

Bez had said he’s been “trying his hardest” to get a good score from Oti.

However, Oti told him: “Do you know what, we are over half way in the competition and I think if we press all the other couples to get better, we should also now start pressing you to get better.

“I would like to start to see you skate on your own a little bit more confidently.

“Not have a lot of other professional dancers just blasting guns and fire.

“Just to see Bez do a nice, clean skating choreography. That’s what I would love to see and then that five is yours.”

Bez replied: “That’s my dream that.”

Viewers praised Oti on Twitter, with some saying she ‘told the truth’ about Bez.

One said on Twitter: “Oti telling the truth #DancingOnIce.”

Another wrote: “Oti spilled truths about Bez. Stop hiring guys with flamethrowers bro, just skate.”

A third added: “Thank you Oti for finally calling Bez out.”

However, Bez won’t get the chance to try and get that five from Oti as he was eliminated last night.

The star faced Sally Dynevor in the skate-off and the judges decided to save the Coronation Street actress.

As Bez left the competition, he said: “I’ve loved every moment and at least I can go to the ice rink at Christmas and put in a decent show.”
