Corrie SPOILER: Flora’s devastated to discover the truth about her son

She didn't realise he was dead

Pat Phelan’s murderous campaign around Weatherfield claimed many victims – Luke, Vinny, Andy – and the aftershocks are still being felt around the Street.

Eileen and Nicola have left after feeling like there were just too many bad memories in Weatherfield. So Gary’s missing his son, and everyone’s missing Eileen.

And poor Flora, who was Vinny’s mum, is still completely in the dark about what Phelan did to her beloved boy.

Vinny was killed by Andy, on Phelan’s orders, and then his body was dumped in the pond at the mill building site, along with Andy’s.

Daniel and Adam have been looking out for Flora, trying to keep her none the wiser about Vinny – whose real name was Harvey – and the gruesome way he met his end.

But next week, everything is revealed.

Daniel’s article about Phelan and his killing spree is published in the Gazette and Sinead is very proud of her fella.

Daniel is quick to hide the newspaper from Flora so she doesn’t get to see the grisly details.

But when Ken inadvertently shows her a copy, she reads the whole thing.

Poor Flora is devastated to discover that Phelan killed her beloved son, Harvey.
