Much has been made of the so-called ‘showmance’ between Ashley James and Ginuwine, with many doubting they really had affection for each other.
Similarly, the budding friendship between Apprentice contestant Andrew Brady and RuPaul’s Drag Race star Shane Jenek (also known as Courtney Act) had many viewers questioning its veracity.
It’s all change now, since Ginuwine was booted out of the house thanks to coming bottom of the public vote earlier in the week.
And viewers hoping that Andrew and Shane’s relationship could progress have been dealt a devastating blow.

Poor Courtney was left looking heartbroken after Andrew admitted that he fancied Ashley, and would “smash” her given the chance.
During a chat in the garden, Andrew said: “My thoughts on Ashley have gone from almost rock bottom. I thought she was a little bit false.
“Since then, they’ve only gone up. And now, I really like Ashley. I admit when I’m wrong.
“Out of the girls now, I think Ashley’s my number one. For me, Ashley is the type of girl I wanna protect because I think she’s really nice.
“I feel like she hasn’t got a guy to protect her, she hasn’t got a G, and I feel like I need to step up in that sense. In a non-sexual, non-creepy way.”
He went on to say: “Ashley is beautiful and I’ll tell her she’s beautiful. If I think she needs a hug, I’ll give her a hug. And I would smash that. I’m not going to, because I’m a nice guy. But I would smash that.”
An upset-looking Courtney replied: “No it’s just like, Ginuwine walked out the door, like… and now you’re like, let’s go. All of a sudden you decide you love Ashley now, tonight.
“This is not me being the jealous girlfriend. I’d support you and your seed-sowing.”
Andrew’s language was blasted by fans, who took Courtney’s side. One wrote: “Courtney’s face whilst Andrew is talking about Ashley slightly breaks my heart”.
Another said: “Andrew mate I can’t imagine you surviving the next eviction after tonight. Slimy rat!”

Andrew may well be voted out at tomorrow night’s historic triple eviction – the contestants will be nominating each other on tonight’s show!
