The 2017 series is set to start on November 19th and so far celebs including ex-Hollyoaks star, Jamie Lomas, and former footballer, Dennis Wise, have been spotted at Brisbane airport.

So could Lucy and Ryan, who met and fell in love on another celeb reality show Celebrity Island, be joining them in the jungle?

Lu and Ry have been stoking the fire by posting pics of them chillaxing in Oz on their Instagram pages, sending fans into a frenzy of speculation.

Although it’s known that Ryan, who found fame playing Jason Grimshaw in Coronation Street, is filming scenes for Aussie soap, Neighbours, fans are still convinced he’ll make an appearance in the jungle – with his girlfriend.

One fan commented: “i’m a celebbbb!” alongside a wink and heart emoji.

Another added: “How you look when you know the jungle will be a holiday compared to the island.”

A third noted: “So you and @ryanthomas84 are in Oz, oh and I’m a celeb is coming up, go figure!”

And a fourth wrote: “Good luck in the jungle!!! reason I’m watchin.”

Ryan’s brother, Adam – who plays Adam Barton in Emmerdale – took part in I’m A Celebrity last year and came third, so could Ryan be keen to beat his score?

The rumours come as celebrities begin to fly out to take part in the series.

There was also some exciting news for fans of the show as it appears fan fave, Ant McPartlin, will definitely be joining Dec in the jungle.

He was snapped at Heathrow airport looking happy and healthy after a difficult 2017 saw him in rehab battling addiction to alcohol and prescription drugs.
