Apprentice fans horrified as Lord Sugar shares gross video on social media

Piers Morgan even reacted to the clip

Lord Sugar left his fans shocked after sharing a gruesome video of fluid being removed from his knee to Twitter on Friday.

The Apprentice boss revealed he was injured while playing tennis with a friend.

The video sees a doctor using a syringe to drain the liquid from Alan’s kneecap to try and relieve the swelling.

“Never had a problem with my knees after 50 years of playing tennis,” the star wrote on Twitter. “Until my 78 year old friend Ivor Spiro did a drop shot.

“This is the result. Can I sue? I got the shot but then he lobbed me.”

Fans were grossed out after watching the video.

One person said: “Please! It’s supper time,” while another wrote: “Get well soon Lord Sugar, that must be painful.”

A third added: “That’s gross!” as a fourth tweeted: “That looks very painful.”

Even Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan commented on the post, but he was more interested in Alan’s super smooth legs.

He said: “Oh my God – you wax your legs!!!”

Fans were amused by Piers’ comment and also questioned why Alan’s leg looked so smooth.

One person asked: “Do you shave your legs?” while another chimed in: “Is there any particular reason why your leg looks like something out of a Venus ad?”

Old frenemies Piers and Lord Sugar have entertained fans with their love hate relationship for years.

To celebrate Alan’s 71st birthday on March 24, Piers took to Twitter to make a hilarious dig at the star.

Piers, 52, shared a photo of the two of them together outside a private jet.

He captioned the tweet: “Happy 90th Birthday, Shuggsy @Lord_Sugar – you may be richer than me (at the moment) but you’ll always be a foot smaller than me & have a million fewer followers.”
