Slogan tops are one of the biggest trends of the last few seasons, and they’re still high on our wardrobe wish list this summer, too.

From strong feminist captions to french phrases, chances are you have at least one already. However, there’s a new slogan top that’s proving a hit with those in the style know.

If you haven’t heard of Pickle London, let us bring you up to speed. The company was founded by two friends, with the simple aim to create clothing that makes you feel good while wearing it.

Counting Holly Willoughby as a fan, the brand is known for its bright colours, pretty fonts and lovely words.

And now, the duo have created a new, very special slogan top, to help spread awareness of a very worthy cause.

Pickle London’s ‘Happy’ sweatshirt is already proving a hit with some of your favourite celebrities – think Kate Thornton, Emma Bunton and Tamzin Outhwaite. Available in yellow, pink, green, blue and red, the £40 style is fast becoming a must-have thanks to social media.

However, this sweater goes way beyond cool credentials. For every one sold, Pickle London will donate £5 to metal welfare charity, MIND.

Speaking of the initiative, the brand’s founders Alison and Frances revealed, ‘One in four of us will experience a mental health problem each year, and it’s time to change the conversation around mental health issues. Talking about how you are feeling can be the first step to feeling supported and less alone.’

‘This is an issue very dear to our hearts, and Pickle London’s ‘HAPPY’ Sweats and Tees are our way of starting the conversation about mental health, and giving something back at the same time.’

Pretty special, right?

The sweatshirts retail for £40, while the accompanying ‘Happy’ tees cost just £22. A small price to pay to treat yourself and give back to charity at the same time. Bravo ladies!

Wear with your jeans for the ultimate off-duty ensemble, or dress it up with a pleated midi and heels – either way, it’s time to get happy…
