Holly Willoughby’s ‘incredible weight-loss secret’ revealed

Many fans have been speculating about her changes

| Updated:

Holly Willoughby is gorgeous! Fact.

With her tumbling blonde locks and svelte figure she is the envy of many a woman.

However ask her how she achieves her striking look and she becomes rather reticent.

And for good reason.

“I actually avoid talking about my diet and exercise regime because I have interviewed so many people affected by eating disorders,” she has rather sensibly said in the past.

“I know that some people in chat rooms can really fixate on other people’s diets.

“I just can’t contribute to that.”

But in spite of her reticence, lots of her fans have been whipping themselves into a frenzy over her recent ‘dramatic weight loss’ – and asking her how she’s achieved it.

Now we have been offered a glimpse into her fitness regime that could explain how she is looking so trim.

And the good news is, it doesn’t involve punishing yourself on a treadmill in a gym.

It would appear she has been having weekly pilates sessions.

Lynne Robinson, director of London-based Body Control Pilates, has indiscreetly revealed that Holly had got in touch with her to help her regain some tone and definition.

She revealed that after the birth of Holly’s youngest son, Chester, the star focused on strengthening her core and sculpting a six pack in weekly Pilates sessions – all in the comfort of her own home.

“I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week,” the fitness guru told the SunOnline.

“Holly had post-natal matt work classes which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core.”

Explaining what the regime actually did for her, Lynne added: “The exercises would have also helped strengthen the pelvic floor which can loosen after pregnancy, as well as help trim the waist and flatten the stomach.”

Ah, well there you have it. A nice easy way to stay trim without having to sweat yourself silly in a gym! Our kind of work out.
