Emmerdale is on at a slightly later time tonight, but why has the schedule been changed?

What time is Emmerdale on tonight?

Usually on a Tuesday, Emmerdale airs at 7pm for half an hour.

However tonight (Tuesday, November 23) Emmerdale will be on at the slightly later time of 7.15pm.

The episode will also be on for an hour.

This is due to the ITV evening news, which usually airs from 6.30pm-7pm, airing until 7.15pm.

Emmerdale will be followed by Love Your Garden at 8.15 and then by I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! at 9.15pm.

Emmerdale spoilers: What is happening in tonight’s episode?

Tonight an unseen Cain jumps Al and drags him towards a nearby van, wanting to get revenge.

Back at the Woolpack, Al’s sudden disappearance causes Marlon to tell Chas about Cain’s revenge plan.

After Chas shoots off to put a stop to whatever Cain is up to, Paddy starts asking about Chas’s whereabouts.

Marlon tries to dodge a bullet by being vague but it just makes Paddy suspicious.

Cain takes Al to a nearby barn and starts to intimidate him and pretends to hold a gun to his chest.

Can Chas stop Cain?

Meanwhile Ben is furious when Liv admits she tried to sabotage his job chances in Cornwall by giving him a bad reference.

Aaron is shocked by her behaviour and leaves Liv feeling awful.

Lovely, Liv can’t help eyeing the bottles of alcohol and finally gives in, taking a drink from a bottle of vodka.
