We’re off to Emmerdale for an hour-long special, and EastEnders for the usual half-hour stint tonight (Tuesday November 19).
Lydia is still reeling following her mother’s shock revelation, and Chantelle has a horrifying admission for Gray.

Emmerdale, ITV, 7pm (Hour-long episode)
1. Lydia’s still reeling
Lydia is shellshocked after her mum’s visit and struggling to process the bomshell that she may have Huntington’s disease.
She shares the news of how her father died, and how she’s also at risk, with Samson, Sam, Vinny and Mandy.
But can they offer her the reassurance she needs?
2. Sarah takes drugs
Noah and Sarah are at a party and Noah is horrified when Sarah swallows a pill that Danny and Jayden have given to her.
As he calls her out for being so stupid, will Sarah realise the terrible mistake she’s made?
And is her life in danger from taking the drugs, given her already fragile health?

EastEnders, BBC One, 7.30pm
1. Chantelle goes to therapy with Gray
Chantelle quizzes Jack about the fight Gray got into and is horrified to learn Gray instigated it.
She confronts her husband and he gets angry, leading Chantelle to admit she’s scared of him.
Gray asks Chantelle to go with him to his therapy session, but things don’t go to plan…
2. Lexi and Lola try to help Ben
Kathy confronts Ben after their altercation, but he’s in no mood to deal with his mother.
Kathy later pleads with Lola to help, so Lola plans a weekend away with Lexi.
Ben reluctantly agrees, but his good mood is short-lived when Callum comes to him with a proposition.
3. Denise wants to help Jack
Denise wants to help Jack, but he won’t open up to her. She confides her worries in Patrick.
After some inspiration, Denise realises what Jack needs and comes up with a plan to help.
