Heavily pregnant Brooke Vincent has posed for a sweet new picture after waving goodbye to the cobbles and beginning her maternity leave.
Coronation Street star Brooke, 27, is expecting her first baby and has been gearing her bump up for this weekend’s Manchester Pride festivities.
Taking to Instagram, the actress snapped a selfie while holding a little knitted jumper over her blooming tummy.

The cream jersey featured a colourful rainbow heart and, writing alongside the photo, Brooke said: “LOVE IS LOVE #ManchesterPride.”
Brooke has been inundated with comments from fans, with one replying: “This is absolutely adorable!!”
Another added: “OMG this is the cutest!”

On Friday, Brooke bid farewell to her Coronation Street co-stars as she began her maternity leave from the ITV soap.
The star has played Sophie Webster in Corrie since 2004, when she was just 11, and has filmed her final scene – for now.
In an emotional Instagram video, Brooke could be seen in character standing in Dev Alahan’s store.
A member of the crew then announced she had just filmed her final scene before her co-stars began rushing up to hug her.

Posting the video online, Brooke said: “I can’t believe 15 years ago I came onto the Street to play ‘Sophie Webster’ and today I left to play my biggest role yet ‘Mummy’.
“My amazing family at Coronation Street, I am going to miss you all so much.”
Earlier this year, Brooke announced she was expecting a baby with her boyfriend, Sheffield United player Kean Bryan.
The star recently enjoyed her baby shower alongside all her Corrie co-stars, friends and family.
