Margot Robbie keen to revisit Neighbours despite Hollywood success

She's up for a visit to Ramsay Street!

Oscar-nominated Hollywood superstar Margot Robbie has said she’d love to return to Neighbours!

Margot played Donna Freedman on the Aussie soap between 2008 and 2011 before she headed to Hollywood and found fame and fortune on the big screen.

She’s starred in movies including The Wolf of Wall Street, Goodbye Christopher Robin, and Suicide Squad.

And now Margot’s been nominated for an Oscar for Best Actress for her role in I, Tonya, about shamed ice skater Tonya Harding.

Even though her career has hit a new high, Margot says she’s not forgotten her Ramsay Street roots and she’d love to pop by one day.

“I think I would, totally,” she told Aussie website WHO. “We could get the whole gang back together. I’d be in.”

Donna was married to Ringo Brown in the show, but after he was killed, she left to go to design school in New York.

Alan Fletcher, who plays Karl Kennedy, said Margot was one of the best actors he’s ever worked with.

And it seems he was right judging by the massive movie success she’s had since leaving the show.

“Margot, I would say, is one of my favourite actors who’s ever been on the show,” he said.

“It’s thrilling to see her career blossom the way it has.”
