Jake Quickenden, who recently joined Channel 4’s Hollyoaks, has shown off his incredible physique ahead of his holiday blow-out.

Jake captioned the post: “Three days until Florida and I won’t look anything like this when I get back, red wine and waffles for breakfast and I’ll be eating that much fried chicken you can call me the Colonel!!!”
“Worked hard to get like this just to lose it in the week I go away, welcome to fitness.”

The former Dancing On Ice champion’s role in Hollyoaks was rumoured last month and the show itself revealed the first pictures of him on set earlier this month.

The X Factor contestant filmed his first scenes on August 6 2019.
He’s set be on screen in October. Jake will be playing a builder named Woody.
Jake’s first scenes were with Stephanie Waring, who plays Cindy, who he has previously worked with on Dancing on Ice, as well as Ellis Hollins, who plays Tom.

The I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here star will also film with Nick Pickard, who plays Tony Hutchinson, Ashley Taylor Dawson, who plays Darren Osborne, Sarah Jayne Dunn, who plays Mandy Richardson and Gary Lucy who plays Luke Morgan as part of these episodes.
Hollyoaks is on Monday to Friday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 with a first look episode every night on E4.
