Emmerdale viewers were left sobbing at last night's episode when Ross Barton saw his son Moses for the first time since the horrifying acid attack.
Unfortunately the reunion didn't go well with Moses - who is Ross's son with Charity Dingle - failing to recognise his dad.
The little lad had just returned from his holiday with his mum and was taken to the hospital to see Ross.
Despite Ross speaking to the toddler, he turned away from his dad having not recognised him.
Ross is officially breaking my heart with every episode.
Instead he clung to his big sister Debbie and turned away from his dad, leaving Ross devastated.
The mechanic screamed for everyone to get out and leave him alone.
Viewers were utterly devastated for Ross after the wrenching scenes and took to social media to share their thoughts.
"That scene with moses and ross has actually broken me," said one.
A second added: "Poor Ross Moses visiting him and can’t recognise him we get how acid damages your life but Ross should get his face back also find out that Debbie did it win win for everyone best story line."
A third added: "Emmerdale catch up and that scene with Moses and Ross broken my heart well done @emmerdale @MikeParrActor"
Another tweeted: "Ross is officially breaking my heart with every episode..... Seriously @MikeParrActor you are so bloody good...that scene with Moses and the last one when Ross saw his face....I was in tears."
A fifth added: "Oh this is heartbreaking to watch. Poor Ross the way he was crying for Moses. #Emmerdale."
Another wrote: "Oh ross seeing moses for the first time since the attack was so powerful had me teary mike's blowing me away with this storyline his acting."
