Emmerdale’s Big Night Out appeared to end badly for Victoria Sugden, who was left alone and drunk in the nightclub.
Fans were left worried and tearful for the character, who was clearly vulnerable from attack.
But where were her friends?

On Thursday night (25 April), the momentous episode showed the Hotten nightclub being evacuated after Kerry accidentally crashed into the fire alarm.
Meanwhile, Victoria was seen swigging from a bottle of fizz, apparently smashed.
The last sighting of her was as she seemingly looked at someone she recognised, and her vision blurred.

A new teaser trailer focusing on the aftermath of the evening sees Victoria crying and visibly shaken.
The short film, entitled The Big Night Out revealed, also shows Victoria’s ex-mother-in-law Moira pleading with her saying: “If something has happened, you can tell me.”
Fans are now worried that Victoria could have been drugged and raped, while some are livid with her so-called friends for leaving her in the nightclub.
One tweeted: “Just an observation, Robert and Aaron (who were out with Ellis) made sure he was alright before going home. Pity the girls didn’t do the same (especially Amy) leaving Rhona and Vic. You never leave friends on their own #Emmerdale.”
The same furious fan continued: “Amy is a crap friend leaving Vic on her own. First rule is to never leave a friend.”
Another said: “I was more worried for Rhona. Seems her friends weren’t worried of her whereabouts. Same with Vic. As girls out together, shouldn’t you worry where your mates are? Not one of them used their phone to ring each other when they came out of the club.”

So really in an hour special dubbed the big night out, we find out nothing. Oh wait, yes Maya caught and Amy is a crap friend leaving vic on her own (1st rule is to never leave a friend). Apart from that nothing. Would have preferred more instead of the flashbacks #emmerdale

While ED! are in total agreement that you shouldn’t ever leave a friend alone in a nightclub, the evening had been a messy one for all the residents who were there…
Maya’s affair with Jacob was finally exposed when Priya caught them kissing outside, David and Tracy shared a kiss, Rhona looked set to cheat on Pete and Billy Fletcher went out carrying a knife.
