There’s shock in next week’s Emmerdale spoilers when Zak Dingle shares a forbidden kiss with Faith Dingle. But with the family still mourning Lisa, what would they say if the truth was revealed?
The Dingles were left heartbroken after Lisa tragically lost her fight against a terminal heart condition back in May. They have been struggling to piece their family back together ever since.
But while the clan were devastated after losing their matriarch, Zak took the news particularly badly after Lisa sadly passed away on the sofa on their wedding day, just hours after saying ‘I do’.

Next week sees Faith trying to put a smile back on Zak’s face after weeks of him grieving over Lisa. As the pair reminisce about old times, Zak finds his mood finally lifting.
But as soon as the pair share a laugh, he’s hit by guilt about feeling happy without Lisa and storms out. Faith is then confused by his sudden change of heart.
Eventually Faith manages to persuade Zak to come back and talk about their shared history once again… and, after a lot of talking, she finally gets him to smile once again.
But as their chat continues, the pair end up sharing a shock kiss. Before things can get too serious, the door springs open. The rest of the family walk in, oblivious to what they have just interrupted.
Zak feels awful about kissing someone else so soon after his wedding to Lisa and her untimely death, and he tries to talk to Faith about what happened between them.
The pair agree to meet one another in the cellar at The Woolpack, away from prying eyes, and they both acknowledge just how bad it will look if anyone found out about what happened.
Bear’s secret is out
But as they chat, the pair are interrupted by Bear Wolf, and it’s not long before he finds them together looking seriously suspicious.
As Bear confronts them about their sneaking around in a pub cellar, it seems he is on to them… so Faith pulls out all the stops in a bid to keep their secret safe and reveals how Bear is illiterate.

Bear is mortified that she has exposed his deepest secret, but will it be enough to make him keep quiet about Zak and Faith’s kiss?
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
