Emmerdale SPOILER: Rhona and Pete on the rocks again

Will they ever find happiness?

Rhona Goskirk and Pete Barton find their romance on the rocks yet again next week when Rhona’s menopause comes back to haunt her.

Pete and Rhona have had a rocky time of things lately, with the pair briefly breaking up when Rhona went through the harrowing ordeal of having a hysterectomy following an accident at the farm.

But thankfully the pair got back together after Pete promised that he didn’t want to have a family, he only wanted Rhona.

However, while they might be back together, the menopause has hit Rhona hard and she is struggling to cope with everything that is happening to her.

Next week sees Pete getting annoyed with Rhona when he learns that she has secretly been helping Kim Tate to find her estranged son, Jamie.

But when he innocently confides in Debbie about what Rhona has been up to, the vet is upset to see him across the village looking chummy with Debbie’s kids, Jack and Sarah.

As her jealousy gets the better of her, Rhona snaps at Pete and the pair have an argument.

Thankfully they make up and seem to put the fight behind them… but it is clear that there is still a grudge between them and it’s not long before they’re having cross words again.

Rhona is hurt and humiliated when she finds out that Pete has told Debbie about her going through the menopause and she can’t help but struggle with the stress of everything.
