Emmerdale SPOILER: Kerry’s torn when Dan proposes

Will she say yes?

Kerry Wyatt’s world is turned upside down when boyfriend Dan Spencer gets down on one knee and proposes next week, but will she say yes?

Dan and Kerry have had a rocky romance to say the least, with the pair often clashing thanks to Kerry’s fiery temper and strong beliefs.

But despite their differences they have been together since 2013…and next week Dan makes the huge decision to get down on one knee and ask Kerry to marry him.

The drama starts when the couple are in the Woolpack next week and Dan gets jealous when a friend of Liam’s flirts with Kerry.

But while she sees it as a bit of harmless fun, he isn’t happy – probably because he is currently planning a romantic proposal for his girlfriend.

But while Dan is busy choosing diamond rings and rehearsing his proposal speech, it seems Kerry is on a different page entirely to her other half as she confesses to daughter Amy that she has fallen out of love with Dan.

Dan knows that he messed up getting angry about the random man flirting with Kerry, and plans to make it up to her with a gesture as grand as they come.

But Kerry has been questioning her feelings for Dan for a while, and after his jealous performance in the pub, she has decided it is time to end things.

Of course Kerry is completely oblivious to the fact that Dan is planning to pop the question any moment, and she’s left totally stunned when he gets down on one knee in the middle of the Woolpack.

Despite having told herself she was going to end things with Dan, will she really be able to let him down in front of a packed pub?

Could Dan’s romantic gesture be what it takes for the pair to get back on track, or could this be the final nail in the coffin for their relationship?

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
