It’s been an unbelievably heartbreaking time for Chas Dingle and Paddy Kirk so it’s no surprise their relationship is under strain.

As they both battle with their grief over the loss of baby Grace, it’s pushing them further apart.

Can they come together and save their relationship?

Paddy has made it very clear he is putting Chas and her needs first, bottling his own feelings up to be dealt with at a later date.

The couple are painfully aware the other is hurting, but with a growing distance between them, they both feel totally alone in their grief.

Chas has been taking her devastation out on her other half, lashing out at him, while Paddy has just taken it, desperate to make it better for her.

In a recent interview, Dominic Brunt – who plays Paddy – said: “Chas and Paddy are set to struggle in their own ways for a while.”

But can they come together and save their relationship?

Or has the death of little Grace taken it’s toll in such a way they can’t get past it?
