A couple of weeks ago, Robert whacked Lee Posner over the head with a shovel, causing him to go into a coma.
Robert is facing a life sentence for Lee's assault however, he hasn't broke that news to Aaron, who believes Robert is only looking at a few months.
Aaron uncle, Cain, however, knows the truth and he isn't happy about lying to his nephew.
In tonight's episode, Cain comes round to pick up Aaron so they can go and collect a couple of written-off cars.
As Aaron runs upstairs to get his jacket, under pressure Robert tells Cain it isn't his problem, but Cain replied: "I take it, you haven't told him then?"
When Robert tells him "don't", Cain says he won't lie for Robert. Will he tell his nephew the truth about Robert's potential prison sentence?
Although Victoria went to the police, they couldn't press charges as there was no evidence and Lee claimed they had had consensual sex.
Lee and his mother Wendy continuly harassed Victoria over their rights to the baby and Lee eventually agreed to give up his rights in order for money and a public apology.
When Victoria refused to give an apology, he decided he wanted even more cash.
At Robert and Aaron's house, as Robert and Lee stood in the doorway, Lee said to Robert: "Well that was fun wasn't it?"
But as Robert replied: "No, no it really wasn't," Lee responded with: "Well sometimes no doesn't mean no does it? Just adds to it."
Lee then continued to make disgusting comments about what he did to Victoria: "I mean is it really rape when they love it as much as your sister did?
"And I even gave her a nice little souvenir to remember me by. Bye. Uncle Robert."
Robert followed Lee out of his house with a murderous look in his eyes and the pair soon started fighting
Lee continued to wind Robert up by saying things like: "your sister fought harder than this."
When Robert told Lee he wasn't walking away from this, Lee replied: "Oh but I am, and twenty grand richer. Baby maker, money maker, I wonder who the next lucky lady is going to be?"
As he walked away, Robert came up behind him and smacked him over the head with a shovel, knocking him unconscious.
Victoria saw Robert hit Lee, but he begged her to tell the police it was self-defence, which she agreed to do.
Robert later confessed to Victoria it wasn't self-defence, but as he faced a life-sentence, he needed her to say it was, especially as Lee woke up from his coma and claimed he was attacked.
