There is going to be a horrifying discovery in Emmerdale next week.
The police are going to find a body in the village and it’s going to strike at the heart of the Dingle and Barton families.
Viewers have seen Debbie Dingle report boyfriend Joe Tate missing recently, three months after he failed to show up for their wedding.
And while fans know Graham Foster is responsible for Joe’s death – though it wasn’t seen on screen – Cain Dingle thinks he killed Joe with a punch.
But with Debbie sparking a police hunt, the cops are about to make a horrifying discovery in the village in the form of a dead body.

DC Meaden visits Debbie to tell her they have found a body.
And Debbie looks shaken to her core when they tell her they think it could be Joe.
The police officer tells her: “I know it’s not nice but you’d be helping us a great deal if you could come in and possibly confirm the identity.”
And when Moira demands to know why they are telling Debbie they think it is Joe, she replies: “He’s missing, fits the age and description.”
Debbie agrees to go with them while Cain insists he goes too to support her through the ordeal, despite thinking he is the cause of it.
Joe was last seen being driven out of the village, unconscious in Graham’s boot, before a later scene appeared to show Graham after he buried Joe’s body.

If his body has been discovered then it will put an end to speculation Graham helped Joe escape properly and only let Kim Tate believe he had killed him.
But if the body isn’t him, then who is the other man who looks like Joe but died in the village?
