Eagle-eyed Emmerdale viewers spotted a familiar face in the Yorkshire village last night, when Victoria Sugden met a handsome stranger.
While some fans questioned his intentions and suspect he's bad news, others were wondering where they'd seen him before...
On Thursday night (August 29), Victoria got chatting to a mystery man who she later discovered was called Luke.
Initially she was spooked by his flirty behaviour, especially when he grabbed her arm to stop her from leaving without her purse.
But she later apologised to him and explained her situation was "complicated".
In fact, it was not the actor's first time in a hospital.
Max Parker, who joined the cast of the ITV soap as Victoria's possible new love interest, previously starred as Alasdair Newman in Casualty.
I can't believe that Max Parker was in that episode.
Alasdair, aka Base, appeared in the BBC medical drama for seven episodes over the course of this year and the last.
Base was a resident of Holby who ended up playing a part in Iain Dean's storyline.
A friend of Mia, he later got involved with drug dealer Ross, before taking an overdose.
TV fans noticed the star's appearance, with one writing: "I can't believe that Max Parker was in that episode. Base from Casualty. I'm shook to my core."
Another said: "Is that Max Parker on Emmerdale?"
Time will tell whether Luke will be sticking around in Emmerdale, or whether he's really a friend of Vic's rapist Lee Posner.
When a fan commented on his guest appearance on his official Instagram page, Max kept tight-lipped about his role only confirming that it was him.
They wrote: "Is that you just now in Emmerdale in a hospital?"
To which he simply replied: "It is."
Another said: "Great to see you on Emmerdale. Hope we see more of you."
