Andrew Scarborough has reportedly quit Emmerdale after two years playing Graham Foster.
Former soldier Graham will leave the village one way or another early next year as his war with Kim Tate rumbles on.
The actor will film his exit scenes in the coming weeks in a top secret storyline.
An Emmerdale source told the Daily Star Sunday: “Andrew’s been a great addition to the cast and has been involved in some of Emmerdale’s biggest storylines since he arrived in the village in 2017.
“So he was never going to leave in the back of a taxi.

“His exit will be huge and will kick-start a drama filled and action-packed year in the Dales.”
Viewers watched earlier this week as Graham clashed with Kim over his new relationship with Rhona.
The villain was left heartbroken by Graham moving on and confronted him about his fling with her former friend.
She threatened to destroy the couple but Graham warned her he would kill her if she went anywhere near Rhona, leaving the pair in a deadly war.
He also exposed her son Jamie as being the person responsible for giving the police the evidence that put her in prison for seven years.
“Remember racking your brains about who grassed you up to the police? Well wonder no more because he’s standing next to you so please don’t lecture me about loyalty.”

He added: “It’s the truth. I’ve barely even scratched the surface.
“The day you were sentenced he told me everything, how much he hated you, how much he wanted you to stop.
“You’ve no idea what he’s capable of. Go on Jamie, put her out of her misery.”
Kim was devastated and it caused a chasm in the family and they were only brought back together by Jamie’s daughter Millie being treasured by Kim.
Though fans know that Graham may be her biological father putting him in even more danger.
