Emmerdale viewers disappointed as Luke’s identity is revealed

Lee's brother!

Viewers of Emmerdale have been left disappointed with the soap’s latest identity twist as Luke was revealed as Lee’s brother.

Earlier this year, Victoria was horrifically raped by Lee Posner after Emmerdale’s Big Night Out and a couple of weeks later she found out she was pregnant with his baby.

When Victoria’s brother Robert left flyers around Lee’s workplace branding him a rapist, he and his mum Wendy began harassing Victoria and telling her to stop spreading lies.

However, the mother and son soon found out about the chef’s pregnancy and began harassing her for rights to the baby.

But Lee eventually agreed to give up parental rights in exchange for money and an apology.

Victoria refused to apologise and Lee ended up doubling the amount of money he wanted.

However, when he admitted to Robert that he did rape Victoria and hinted he would do it again, Robert lost his temper and hit Lee over the head with a shovel.

Meanwhile, Victoria met a man named Luke at the hospital and although they got off to rocky start, the pair ran into each other a few times and last week they went for lunch together.

But as Victoria returned to the hospital, she found out Lee had died, more than likely as a result of Robert’s hit.

In last night’s episode (October 24 2019) Robert was in court so he could plead guilty to the murder charges, but before it started, Victoria was shocked to see Luke come into the courtroom and sit next to Lee’s mum.

It was revealed that Luke was actually Lee’s brother, but viewers weren’t surprised by the revelation as they suspected he was linked to Lee a while ago.

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
