Emmerdale star Danny Miller, who plays Aaron Dingle, ‘sneaked his puppy into work’ in a joke video.
In a clip posted to his Instagram, Danny told his girlfriend Steph he was heading off to work.
But when she asked where the dog is he pretended not to know. As he turned around to head out of the door, his pooch Gini could be seen poking her head of out his backpack.
He captioned the video: “If only we were allowed to take our fur babies everywhere.”
His followers were left in stitches by the post.
Actress Sacha Parkinson, who played Sian Powers in Coronation Street commented laughing emojis.
One fan wrote: “Love this.”
A second commented: “This is everything. Maybe Gini can join you on set.”
Back in April, Danny introduced Gini to his followers on Instagram.
It appears Danny spent a lot of his time in lockdown with his newest family member.
Emmerdale: Danny Miller
Over recent weeks Danny’s alter ego Aaron hasn’t been seen much on-screen. However Danny appears to be keeping himself busy off-screen.
Recently he completed a walk from Manchester to Anfield to watch Liverpool play. The money he made from the walk all went to his charity Once Upon A Smile.
The 40-mile walk has so far raised £37,136 at the time of writing.
Meanwhile, Danny also recently directed a short film called PACE. The film was nominated for three awards at the Independent Short Awards.
The project ended up winning Best Crime Short and Best First Time Director, as well as being shortlisted for Best Actor.
What’s next for Aaron in Emmerdale?
Last month it was reported that Aaron is set for a new romance.
According to a source in The Sun a man named Ben, who Aaron went to school with, will turn up in the village. However back in their younger days, Aaron bullied Ben for being gay.
The insider said: “Aaron wasn’t always the Aaron fans have grown to love – as a teenager he was completely different.
“Ben will force him to confront what happened in school and sparks could fly between them.
“It’s going to be a dramatic and explosive storyline full of twists and turns.
“There’s the potential that Aaron and Ben could develop into something more – but viewers will have to wait and see how it plays out.”
Emmerdale airs Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7.30pm on ITV.
