Ever since Chas Dingle revealed she was pregnant again in Emmerdale fans have been keeping everything crossed that things go to plan this time and she delivers a healthy baby.
Next week sees the couple prepare for their 20-week scan and Chas is terrified they will get more devastating news.
It was at the same stage last year that they found out their first child together, daughter Grace, had bilateral renal agenesis and would not survive past birth.

Chas carried her until October and gave birth, but Gracie died shortly after.
With her current pregnancy, Chas has been trying to stay positive, and she was relieved at the 12-week scan to be told the baby had a strong heartbeat and was healthy.
But it’s the 20-week scan that can show serious health complications and as Chas worries about what news they will get, Paddy decides to intervene.
Certain he’s doing the right thing, he cancels the scan without telling his other half.
Although she was concerned about the appointment, she didn’t want to avoid going, so Chas is understandably fuming when she finds out.
After talking to Cain about how she feels, Chas is encouraged by her brother to be honest with Paddy, so she tells him all her fears and worries and together they decide to rearrange the scan.
It’s a nervous time as they head to the hospital and they’re scared about the health of their little one.
The wait feels like a lifetime for the couple as the sonographer looks at all aspects of the baby.
The news is good, however, when they’re told the baby is perfectly healthy.

With all the heartache blighting the Dingle family at the moment following Lisa’s revelation she is dying, they’re thrilled to be celebrating some good news for once.
Paddy and Chas are keeping another secret from the family though – they know their baby’s gender, but have decided to keep it between themselves for now.
They do tell Gracie, though, when they visit her grave and ask her to keep their special secret for them.
With things progressing nicely for now, let’s hope the rest of the pregnancy runs smoothly for Chas and Paddy, and they have the healthy, happy baby they are hoping for.
Emmerdale is on Monday to Friday at 7pm with an extra episode on Thursday at 8pm on ITV.
