In last night’s episode (26.03.19) EastEnders viewers saw the arrival of Mitch and Karen’s daughter Chantelle.
Chantelle managed to land a job at Denise and Kim’s new salon after impressing them with her hairdressing skills
As the ladies were in the Vic celebrating, Mitch showed up and he was gobsmacked to see his daughter in Walford.
Viewers were very taken with Chantelle saying they “love” her already.

Chantelle is played by Neon Jungle’s Jessica Plummer.
Her arrival will soon be followed by her husband Gray and their two daughters Mia and Mackenzie.

Jessica is best know for her roles in feature films How to Talk to Girls at Parties , Wizards vs. Aliens, and Reflections. She is also part for the four piece girl group Neon Jungle.
Speaking about joining EastEnders, Jessica said: “Just like a majority of the UK, I grew up watching EastEnders. It’s an absolute honour to be joining the cast with all my favourites… Rickaaaaaaaay”.

Chantelle’s arrival isn’t the only drama happening within the Taylor family.
In Monday night’s episode (25.03.19) a terrified Bernadette told her mother Karen about the trouble Tiffany had gotten herself into and that drug dealers were after her.
Last night, Bernie desperately tried to help her friend by telling Sonia and Whitney about what had happened with Tiff.
EastEnders is on Mondays and Fridays at 8pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.30pm.
