Next week sees a surprise twist in the Louise/Sharon/Keanu love triangle when Phil gives his daughter his blessing to start a romance with Keanu. But where does that leave Sharon?
Keanu Taylor’s life was complicated enough when he was secretly spending afternoons of passion with Sharon Mitchell behind her husband Phil’s back.
But then Louise was added to the mix, and now he’s got a complete mess on his hands.
With Sharon still away in Australia, Keanu found himself getting closer to Louise thanks to their hours spent in the close confinements of a car while he gave her driving lessons, and the pair ended up sleeping together at Christmas.

Despite the fact Keanu told Louise their night together was a mistake, the pair can’t seem to stay away from each other, and have continued their now-awkward driving lessons together.
But with Phil fed up of seeing his daughter moping around the house, next week sees him do the unthinkable and set Louise and Keanu up.
What he doesn’t realise is he is setting up his wife’s lover with his teenage daughter… awkward!
After spotting Louise heading to The Arches to see Keanu, Phil finally realises that he is going to have a job on his hands keeping the pair apart and instead of laying down the law like he usually does, he makes the surprise decision to encourage them to get together.
Inviting Keanu for dinner that evening, Phil has big plans for the pair. But he is left disappointed that his attempts at playing cupid don’t work when Keanu reveals he couldn’t date Louise because of her history with his little brother.
Not one to be told no, Phil continues on his quest and tracks down Keegan, giving him cash in return for his blessing for Keanu to date his ex girlfriend.
Desperate to buy drugs, Keegan doesn’t really care about his brother’s love life at that moment and happily takes the money. But will he feel the same later down the line?
Louise is left mortified by her dad’s meddling though, especially when Keanu maintains his claims that he can’t date his brother’s ex. But is this really about Keegan, or more to do with him still pining over Sharon?

After a surprise chat with Bernadette, Louise sees where she has been going wrong, and snubs Keanu when he tries to let her down gently once again.
But will playing hard to get work in Louise’s favour and win Keanu’s heart, or is the mechanic’s love for Sharon just too strong?
EastEnders airs Monday and Friday at 8pm and Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
