Lorraine Stanley has been in EastEnders just over two years now, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t get star-struck when meeting show legends.
The Karen Taylor actress uploaded a snap with her on-screen family, including Patsy Palmer, who recently returned to the show for a short stint.
Lorraine captioned the post: “Getting to work with Patsy Palmer was the highlight of my year on EastEnders, what a ledge! And of course the rest of my EastEnders famalam.”

One of the hashtags Lorraine used under the caption was “#starstruck”.
Patsy herself was one of the first to reply, writing: “I love you,” in response.
Fans also commented with one saying: “She’s my all-time fave, loved her being back in EastEnders again.”
“You are my favourite character, and I love all the old cast coming back again too,” added another.
A third wrote: “So lucky to work with people who are like family, you all do an awesome job.”
Patsy returned to EastEnders last week for a brief stint as Bianca Jackson.
She came back for the doomed wedding of her stepdaughter Whitney Dean to Callum Highway.
Bianca managed to persuade Whitney to call the wedding off after discovering her husband-to-be was gay and had had a fling with Ben Mitchell.
But it turned out Bianca has been harbouring another secret – the son of her ex, Tony King, has been sniffing around demanding money.
Tony was a paedophile who groomed Whitney and had sex with her when he was underage.
Tony’s secret son, Leo, has now turned up wanting to prove his father’s innocence. Bianca has told him to stay away from her family, but fans believe Leo will end up DATING Whitney.
Meanwhile, Lorraine isn’t the first person on EastEnders to get star-struck.
Earlier this year, Jessica Plummer, who plays Chantelle Atkins, admitted she was bowled over by Lacey Turner when she first started on the soap.
The actress revealed she is such a big supporter of Lacey, she once watched an episode featuring her and Gillian Wright (Jean Slater) five times!
Jessica told Inside Soap magazine: “I remember when I first met Lacey Turner, and I was thinking, ‘I can’t look her in the eye.’
“I really am such a fan-girl right now.”
