Last night at the beginning of EastEnders viewers saw Phil Mitchell flying a drone around Albert Square with stepson Dennis Rickman Jnr.
However viewers were not happy as the soap showed the pair flying a drone in a built up area… which is illegal.

There are a list of drone laws to make sure those in control fly their drones safely and legally and it appears Phil and Dennis may have broken that law – oops!
Trusted reviews state that consumer drones (classed as under 20kg) must be kept at least 50 metres away from people and private property and be flown under 400 feet (150 meters).
It also states you are not to fly your drone within 150 meters of a congested area and organised open-air assemblies of more than 1000 people.
Other viewers joked that Phil and Dennis were behind the recent Gatwick drone chaos last year.
