EastEnders fans think Dot Branning is a serial killer with TEN victims

Is she soapland's most successful ever killer?

EastEnders fans have a shocking theory about Dot Branning.

Soap viewers have noticed the retired launderette manageress seems to find herself with a lot of people either when they are dying or just after.

And they think she is a secret serial killer who has been murdering people for more than two decades.

One fan called her the ‘Grim Reaper of Walford’ in a post on Digital Spy Forums.

A second commented: “Dot’s 30 year career as a serial Killer.. I’m sure there are others we don’t know about.”

Another counted up all of Dot’s potential victims and realised she had been involved in the deaths of at least ten people.

That would make Dot the biggest serial killer in soap.

Viewers know she helped her dear friend Ethel die in a euthanasia storyline and later killed her own son Nick Cotton by buying him the drugs that saw him off after decades of villainy.

According to the poster Dot found Tom Clement dead in the Queen Vic toilets, then found Kathy Beale’s daughter dead from a drugs overdose in her front room.

She later found an old man dead in Albert Square’s gardens as well as discovering Eddie Royal in the same place after he was stabbed by Dot’s son Nick Cotton.

The apple clearly didn’t fall far from the tree!

She also found Ashley dead, and her friend Pauline Fowler, and she was there when Joe Macer plunged out of a window to his death.

Last week she sat with Dr Legg as he died after insisting he come home from the hospital.

And they even said how Dot was responsible for Pat Butcher being attacked, but because it was an early attack she let her live.
