EastEnders fans are predicting a shock new romance for Kush Kazemi.
The market trader has been developing mutual feelings for Bex Fowler, the daughter of his best mate Martin, but fans have picked up on his scenes with Kat Slater and think the pair belong together.
Earlier this week the pair shared a moment after Kush found Kat in his flat trying to put a drunk Mo to bed.
They shared chemistry that sparked up interest in fans – and now they’re convinced they are going to get together, leaving Bex in the dust.
Writing on Digital Spy, one fan said: “Kat with a younger man hasn’t been done before so at least it’s slightly different.

“It’s too early to tell but I think Kat and Kush could be good together.”
A second said: “I think they would make a good couple and just the sort of guy that will be good for Kat.
“No other man in the show I think would be more suited and bring the best out in her more than Kush. Definitely a hot couple if it happens.”
A third said: “I usually find Kush a bit dull but Kat could definitely liven him up. There was enough of a spark to interest me.”
Another added: “I really enjoyed their scenes this week. I would rather a relationship than a fling though to be honest.
“Kat is a lot of fun, personality wise and her and Kush would definitely suit better than him and Denise ever did.”

A fifth said: “Yep I think they are more suited and compliment each other’s characters and bring out the best in each other.”
But with Kush having a child with Kat’s cousin Stacey, not to mention his flirtation with Bex, Stacey’s step-daughter, would Kat really go there?
